Age requirements

The client must be at least 21 years old.
The driver must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
If the driver does not meet these requirements, the company may increase the deposit amount.

Required documents

For citizens of Kazakhstan, renting a car requires a passport/ID card and a driver’s license valid for the appropriate vehicle category.
For foreign residents, a national passport and an international driver’s license (or a license with the name written in Latin letters) are required.

Payment methods

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment options — cash, bank transfer, or bank card (online or terminal).
Rental payment must be made in full before the trip begins.
If you wish to extend your rental period, prepayment is also required.
If the car is returned several days before the end of the rental term, payment will be recalculated based on the actual rental duration.

Deposit

Along with the rental payment, the client must provide a refundable deposit, the amount of which depends on the class of the vehicle.
The deposit is refunded 14 calendar days after the car is returned, following checks for traffic fines.
Refunds are processed during working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00.

Fuel requirements

To avoid vehicle damage, we strongly recommend refueling only at official gas stations using AI-95 or higher fuel from Sinooil, Helios, Gazpromneft, or Royal Petrol.

Driving territory

The standard mileage limit is 200 km per day within Almaty.
Long-distance trips across Kazakhstan are possible by prior agreement — our managers will provide detailed information.
Authorized driverOnly the driver listed in the rental agreement and holding a valid rental trip sheet is allowed to operate the rented vehicle.

Rental period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
The rental time begins when the vehicle handover act is signed.
The car must be returned no later than 1 hour after the end of the rental day.
A delay results in an additional one-day rental charge.

Insurance

All M-Autorent vehicles are covered by mandatory civil liability insurance (OGPO).

Vehicle delivery and return

Cars can be picked up and returned during office hours, but we also offer convenient delivery options:

• Car delivery within the city during office hours — 5,000–7,000 ₸
• Car delivery within the city outside office hours — from 7,000 ₸
• Delivery to the airport during office hours — 7,000 ₸
• Delivery to the airport outside office hours — 10,000 ₸
