This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) establishes the rules for using personal information obtained from users of the website (hereinafter — “Users”) by the website administrator (https://m-autorent.kz/) (hereinafter — the “Company”).
This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Website.

All terms and definitions used in this Policy are interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Users expressly agree to the processing of their personal data as described in this Policy.

1.2. Technical information is not considered personal data. The Company uses cookies that help identify the User. 1.3. Technical information also includes data automatically transmitted to the Company when using the Website through software installed on the User’s device.
1.4. 5.1. All disputes arising from relationships governed by this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Compliance with the pre-trial (claim) procedure for dispute resolution is mandatory.

6. Additional Provisions


6.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent. The current version is available at m-autorent.kz/privacy.
6.2. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect upon publication, unless otherwise stated in the updated version.
